What we collect
Account details you give us at signup, roles you post or subscribe to, and the future interests you optionally add to your profile, plus basic usage data needed to run the platform and keep it secure.
How we use it
To run Longlist's core mechanic: showing companies anonymized future roles to members, and surfacing member profiles to a role's poster once subscribed, or via AI matching against stated future interests. We don't sell your data to third parties.
Company anonymity
A company posting a future role is never identified to browsing members — not the company name, not any field that would reveal it. That anonymity is enforced at the database level, not just in what the page displays.
AI matching
Candidate matching may be evaluated by an AI provider to rank profiles against a role's description. Only role and profile content is sent for matching, not account credentials.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session — nothing beyond that.
